As a health coach, she will help her clients figure out how to boost healthy lifestyle habits including movement, nutrition, stress, sleep and relationships in a way that will work for each of them individually. She will collaborate with you to come up with short and long term health goals as well as day to day plans to make the goals achievable. During the past five years, she has been a caregiver to her husband, sister and presently, her mother who suffers from dementia. These experiences have helped to make her stronger and more determined to help others be the best they can be. When she isn’t working, she enjoys being outside and enjoys listening to live music.
